A quick stop on the NW slopes of the Blorenge on the afternoon of 25th July produced 9 species of Micro in rather blustery conditions. Undoubted highlight were 2
Prochoreutis sehestediana (the white speckling mid-wing reaches almost to the costa) swept from a flower-rich flush that held some Lesser Skull-cap. There are 5 Monmouthshire records of its cousin
P. myllerana.
