Near St. Arvans
A long walk and wander just outside Saint Arvans produced a few interesting grassland moths amongst others.
Taking a net with me, I managed to capture the following;
Brown Silver-line, Red Twin-spot Carpet, Common Carpet, Yellow Shell, Small White Wave, Small Yellow Underwing, Grass Rivulet, Mother Shipton and Burnet Companion on macro's.
On micro's I saw Micropterix calthella, Glyhipterix simpliciella, Scoparia pyralella, Glyhipterix fuscoviridella, Crambus lathoniellus, Adela reaumurella and Esperia sulphurella.
