Abergavenny garden
Our two trappings within the last week have yielded a total of 36 species, although not in large numbers. However, we had three species new to us (Lesser Swallow Prominent, Tawny-barred Angle and an L-album Wainscot) (all figured). Having checked the gwentleps.org.uk website, as far as we can see the Wainscot has previously only been recorded from the Gwent Levels and Wye Valley, so ours appears to be the first in the north of the county. We would be interested to have this confirmed.
