The star of the show from last nights 94 moth 47 species actinic garden trap session has got to be this Goat Moth. The eighth county record for the species.
Fabulous Goat Moth!! I've still never seen one. Technically it's a Micro (it's closest relatives are in traditional Microlepidoptera families rather than Noctuids or Geometrids) so I'll claim it as part of my VC35 Micros remit :-)
