Ochrwyth 9 June

A walk around the limestone quarry at the top of the hill produced x3 Small Heath Butterfly, x4 Crambus lathoniellus, Crambus perlella f. warringtonellus and Scoparia ambigualis.
Set the MV @ home, but a cool evening therefore a modest catch with 25 moths of 16 species.  New for the year was Ingrailed Clay and Grey Tortrix.  Also, a couple more Scalloped Hazel which seem more plentiful in the garden this year - probably in contrast to everything else!
